ordered supreme tacos got normal tacos w just lettuce and cheese, cinnamon twists had no cinnamon seasonings and tacos tossed crazily into bag but wrapped nicely hope yall have a good night

Ordered some Taco Bell for me and the ladies on this fine Sunday eve. happy Martin Luther King day. However, I don’t think Martin Luther King would’ve been happy to die for these tacos. when I order a supreme soft taco combo, I expect three SUPREME soft tacos with sour cream, and tomato, and lettuce, and cheese. Not just lettuce and cheese and meat. Not to mention, I got some cinnamon twist for my they/them friend and they came unseasoned. they were not thrilled to learn that they had just been eating deep-fried pasta. I feel bad for them because pride month is in five months, and they should not be treated like this, especially on Martin Luther King day. you would expect more from a Taco Bell in a college town where drunk college students DoorDash Taco Bell every night. But all of a sudden three beautiful high school girls want some Taco Bell and this is what we get? This is an absolute outrage to high school girls and their non-binary friends everywhere. Like how hard is it to put some sour cream on a taco. I feel cheated out of $15.

I have to drop my rating of this place from 4 to 2 stars. Unbeatable price and a decent portion by the standard of fast food. However, the customer service is a miss-and-hit. If you go inside to order, prepare to be ignored and wait for a long time. They will serve the drive-through first. If you place a mobile order, prepare their app might not work properly sometimes. Moreover, they messed up my orders many times and always had an attitude to fix their mistakes. As to the atmosphere, it's not a place to sit down, enjoy your meal and chat with your friends. Good for a quick grab-and-go if their app works and if they don't mess up your orders.
