I just like to say Taco Bell I feel that you're a million dollar Corporation who skips on their meat or what they call meat y'all need to do better I hadn't been there in a year or two and I probably won't ever go back. The gentleman that took my order was the best thing about the service that I received
I'm giving a negative score on service because there's an older racist woman that works there on the night shift. She told me the customers come there and lie all the time about not getting food. So told me I'm lying about not receiving my food. When I never received it. She preceded talk smart to me. When all I said was a item was missing. With the way she treated me when I paid over $35 dollars was a disgrace. It was clearly her mistake. She shouldve apologized and gave me my missing item. That's how you handle customer service. You don't berate and call the customer names. This is my first complaint not my last.
Cold food. Cold dining room. Uninterested, rude and argumentative staff. Requested and got my money back from manager.
