My granddaughter loves Taco Bell. While they were off for Christmas break, it was the only place she wanted any food from. She always got the Cinnamon Twists. She also got a gift card for Christmas.

I really don't like being ignored by your staff when I come in to pick up an order. The order clearly stated that the customer wanted sauce and I had to ask for it because there was none in the order!!!

They mess up our order twice.

This place, is the actual best. If u haven’t been here. You need to go, like rn. They got the best Grilled Cheese Burrito, it’s so good, u need to try it.

Pretty bad, even for taco bell. There wasnt even meat on 1/2 my taco.

I ordered on the kiosk. Waited 20 minutes. Figured my food was close to being done. 2 groups had gotten their food and eaten and left. They said they didn’t have that order. I figured someone took it possibly or whatever. No biggie. They remake my food (if it was made in the first place) and give me a free taco coupon and 2 cinnamon twists. I say thank you and get home. I notice my Doritos locos tacos have a heavy handed helping of rice???? Lol I asked for double seasoned beef and no lettuce. So very little beef at all and mostly rice? Where did that even come from? Lol i paid extra for more beef and got rice lmao???? Burritos seemed ok. Just kinda sad. This place has been getting better but I’m just so confused where the communication failed. He even read my order back to me

Been to this location many times and havent had a good experience a single time. Continously gives me the wrongs items, forgets part of my order or is extremely slow
