Great in all ways @ this franchise location.

Ordered on the app but chose in-store pick up. Got there and no line at the drive thru so went through it but they weren’t able to give us our on-line order. Why? All other places can switch if they need to! What’s 5 steps to get our order? We had to wait behind someone in order to go park and walk inside. I say take care of your customers better maybe? Who cares if it was inside pick up or drive thru.

After leaving a nearby hospital I stopped here for a late night meal. The person who took my order was very personable and helpful. I ordered a Steak Power Menu Bowl and a Taco Supreme. They verified they had my order correct prior to providing a total and accepting payment. The food was fresh, hot and accurate. This experience exceeded my expectations. However, they did charge me $1.20 for a tiny cup of extra guacamole, which I did think was too much. For what Taco Bell is it was an overall great experience. Vegetarian options: Most items are customizable to meet customer's needs. Parking: Specific parking available for this business.
