Two orders in a row, my drive thru order has been wrong. No personal service inside. Stupid kiosks. I hate how impersonal and inaccurate this place is. Plus they took my favorites, chalupas and empanadas off the menu. Parking: Plenty of parking off rush hours. Very difficult during rush hours.

You have a new Salsa that you charge extra for. This in itself seems ridiculous. But to add insult to injury, I ordered some extras only to find they weren't included. It's almost impossible for them to remember the free salsas. Charging for one is flirting with disaster as I doubt it will ever actually make it in the bag. I also agree with the trend that at $50 for a family of 4 I would rather just hit my local sit down Mexican restaurant. 12 a person is just too much for someplace with a drive thru attached. This could quite possibly be my last trip to a business I have frequented for 30 plus years. Sad to see it become less and less convenient, too expensive for fast food, and the accuracy is totally gone. If I'm going to pay restaurant prices, at least have the decency to make sure you are getting the orders right

Always missing whole items
