I ordered dinner for my family and I ,when we got home we were missing some of our order I tried calling but there was no answer we packed the food up and drove all the way back the person that was helping my husband was extremely rude he snatched the receipt out of my husband hand and made our missing items and tossed the bag on the counter. I don’t know who it was a worker or manager but she did apologize to my husband about our experience and for the rudeness of the employee. If I could give no stars I would and I will not go back to that Taco Bell again.
Just talk about those pretty good but the only thing I don't like we all know about how they make their food and that's one thing out there well if you're pescatarian not really a menu for you that you could see or really deal with don't tell you but most likely come out not that great when I find out about the app and what you can make your own dish that's way better but they needed to improve that service as well inside the store
If i could give it 0 stars i would. They always leave items out. Every single time I get home, I find out that im missing 2 or 3 items. Very innconvenient. I dont know who they have as a manager but they are not doing their job right. There was no one in line and it was NOT even BUSY and still they couldnt get my 4 burrito order right. Unbelievable.
Mr. Alberto is a polite and passionate manager. There was a mix up with my order and I ended up waiting a bit of time but he made things right quickly. I also witnessed him deal with a less than patient and rude customer with decorum and grace.
