Amazing service and excellent employees. Was treated great with my coupons and helped me out.

Once again went to the restaurant to eat in the lobby at about 6:00p.m. on a Tuesday evening and the door was locked. No note on the door. Really wanted to eat in. No worries we just went next door to chick fil a and spent 50.00 on their food.

The onsite workers were amazing and had great customer service. Unfortunately this location was severely understaffed at the time I went to the restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: My daughter likes few staff members there cause how they treated her. Thanks for being kind we are grateful

My Wife and I recently ate at this Taco Bell located on Sharpsburg Pike. The manager "Q" was working the counter and was very helpful and polite to us. There was a piece of equipment back in the prep area that was emitting some smoke and the manager "Q" was very apologetic and had the situation resolved quickly. We feel that Manager "Q" should be commended for his professional demeanor in handling this situation. We will revisit this Taco Bell.
