The staff use to be great, many worked through covid and were good prospects for managers. Most of the staff has now quit, I heard because of the new manager. I use to take my grandson in 1x a week, till the food quality went down, I also noticed moral is down.I feel like the new employees are being trained to be rude, they dont stay long.. It's obvious English is the 2nd language for this new manager because my moms English was better. I was trying to pick up my order, the manager was saying it was already picked up, the worker tried to explain it wasn't. Finally she looked again, it was never pushed through. It's sad to watch Taco Bell go downhill. The staff use to treat me like family, the ones still left don't smile anymore.
Ordered on the app. Picked up order and I’m missing half my combo. My chicken enchilada burrito and my cinnamon twists. My order was almost 30.00. So tired of them getting such simple orders wrong they didn’t need to rush no one was even in line.
Everyone was super friendly!!! I get a few modifications to my order, and everything was awesome. Place was fairly clean, staff was super nice, and my food came out perfect. Vegetarian options: The items on the menu that are vegetarian are marked with a V, and ALL meat can be subbed with black beans. Heck yeah!!! Dietary restrictions: I'm not sure about other dietary restrictions, but when my sister asks for lactose/milk-free food, we always see the line cooks change their gloves and make sure there's no dairy, and even if there is, we get a new free one made correctly, but they only let some cheese on once :) (much better track record than some other locations in the area)
This place is a dumpster fire I always ask for no cheese and they ALWAYS PUT CHEESE this is why I hate ordering from this place and the cheese crisps are 6.00 DOLLAR so terrible never having this again and the tacos were cold they are frauds.
Need better customer service.
My favorite Taco Bell location! Love the people and always make my food good!
