The new crispy cantina chicken taco! This place needs to be shut down honestly. The sad people working there don’t care to even make a simple taco. Sad. Go to another Taco Bell don’t come here.

I ordered the new cantina chicken and was super disappointed. There's barely any chicken inside and the cheese is weirdly melted on the taco. The staff is usually rude but tonight the person who took my order was pretty nice. Always check your order because they usually forget something.

Went to get the chicken rolled taco but it was out of stock :( but my overall experience was great would visit again; customer service is always good here and food hot and fresh when order After few times going to the drive thru the portion size terrible when order extra portions when I don’t get it

Was very dissapointed in the touch screen ordering procees in the store.. struggled for some time to see employees not willing to help and as a matter of fact, not willing to do anything.. remindided me of a city workline er holding a shovel staring at and doing nothing... finally left after not being able to complete my order to siiting in the drivethru for 27 minutes, yup, timed it... enjoy thd food and was purchasing for others is the only reason i gave Taco Bell over 45 minutes of my life.. please do better

Always great food and service

I waited and wait for an hour for food to be picked up and delivered to me. And after my 3rd DoorDash driver the order was cancelled on Taco Bell’s end…. I paid for my food and waited so why was it cancelled because I never cancelled it……

This place needs better management. There's a lot of in fighting. I heard a lady say to other employees "Let's all calm down, I know we're all frustrated." One day I was waiting 30 minutes for food because they accidentally skipped my order. Another day they forgot to give me my cup. I asked for the cup, they kept saying "Wait 1 minute I'll be right with you". Waited 10 additional minutes just to get my cup... How hard is it to take .5 seconds to hand me a cup? Drive the extra 10 minutes to go to another Taco Bell. You'll thank yourself.

The service here continues to get worse and worse. They often say they are open for breakfast but no one is working and they just don’t open up. The last two times I’ve gone there is only 1 person working. This can’t be sustainable.
