Had a great experience today at this Taco Bell! Katie the GM really has turned this Taco Bell around. Food was great and we were very well taken care of! Tammy and Katie made sure we had everything in our order and made sure we got everything we ordered! The whole day shift team was AWESOME! :)
Food is fine for a Taco Bell and the restaurant is clean, however the mandatory kiosk ordering system and non-existent customer service leave a lot to be desired.
Forgot to give us back the card after paying. Didn't even apologize. Super rude staff.
How are you going to ask us for feedback, then have cashiers like Christopher T ripping the top of the receipt off, consciously throwing it away, when it has the information we need to leave feedback? Not to mention some of the employees have a horrid attitude to be dealing with customers. Let's not forget that some of these employees choose not to read, and it doesn't seem like the general manager, or Taco Bell as a whole, care about the negative things people have to say about this establishment.
There are no lights on in the dining room what's up with that and my husband been in there for like 20 minutes
