They made my drive thru order out of a pick up order that wasn't picked up. They left the ticket on the bag. Enjoy your botulism.

Service here is trash. Employees are a-holes and not worth it, i'd just go to the one on MLK if you wanted T-Bell, this one is terrible.

Was picking up a doordash order, 5 people in the kitchen, everyone saw me in there. Not one person acknowledged me, instead the girl who was supposed to be working the counter is hanging out the drive thru window yelling "look at this rainbow." I get its fast food and the people working honestly dont care but at some point you have to have some self awareness.

Consistently leaves things off orders, and puts things on our orders that we asked them not to. Everything gets tossed into the same bag sealed with stickers, and the food is wrapped in vague nondescript paper so it's hard to even check if they messed up our order until we get home, which they usually do.Might make this a log of their screw ups. August 19th 2023- ordered cheese and nachos. Got a cheese cup with no nachos. August 20th 2023 - all our wrappers were wet. Asked for no tomatoes, got tomatoes. Asked for beans instead of beef, got a mixed up mess of beef and beans. March 17th 2024 - We asked repeatedly for no beef, only beans on the tacos. They put beef anyway. Vegetarian options: Theoretically you can get vegetarian options, but they will probably mess it up and give you beef anyway. Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't come here if you have dietary restrictions because they will likely ignore half your order and put something in your food that you're allergic to. Kid-friendliness: Don't take your kids here if they are allergic to any taco bell ingredients. The employees will ignore half your order and probably put your kid in a hospital.

Always a good afternoon snack or quick dinner. Great new stuff
