It's just not good at all

Gave me cold food

I was there today at 3:02 to pick up a grubhub order when i drove to the window employee just stared at me and completely ignored me. Horrible Customer service. I feel sorry for the customer that had to be waiting .

Was a late night meal, went through the drive thru, was clean, fast, and the evening employee who took my order was very nice.

The girl I gave my online order information to was a delight, but the one who handed me my order was very unfriendly. I was just handed my food and drink without a single word other than the two that I got when I initiated communication. Me: “Is that everything?” Cashier: “Yes.” Me: “Excellent. Have a good day.” Cashier: “Bye.” That was it. I have never felt so rushed to get out of there. The food wasn’t even that great. The potatoes in my spicy potato soft taco were crunchy like they were cooked a little too long. They’re normally nice and soft, but this was just… bad. The other two items in my order were rather bland tasting. The only thing that tasted okay was the Starry soda. The whole experience figuratively left a foul taste in my mouth. As a result, I don’t feel inclined to return.
