Poor management. Took 25 min to get a frozen drink (couldn’t get the preferred due to being “out”) and 2 craving tacos. The drink wasn’t even frozen. I only got my food bc I went back into the line again after wating in the mobile order spot. The sweet young girl at the drive through seemed to be bullied by her manager. The manager even bullied me when I asked why it took so long and if I can get a refund or credit back bc my drink wasn’t frozen and the simple food was so late. The manager harshly stated back “whelp we don’t do refunds but be my guest to complain about us online”. Just following the manager’s orders. This place has always been slow, but tonight was the worst bc of the managers poor behavior.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option. I am writing this only after ordering through Uber Eats at least 10 times. I know working in the food service industry isn't the best, but at this point it almost seems like the employees are purposefully messing up the orders?? It's my only explanation for why my order is WRONG EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! This location is a truly awful experience. Every time.
This location always forgets something, or delivers poor quality food. Only time the experience is "okay" is when ordering in person, and even then the quality is sometimes lacking. Use the Fayetteville location instead
Slow, dirty, bad quality. Cashier was an idiot.
Every single time I order from this location, the food is wrong. The employees don't answer the phone, they show no care for the quality or accuracy of their food. It's incredibly disappointing.
