Disgusting behavior from employees, this area is turning ghetto now. Rude employees at the drive thru always complaining and don’t do their job right.
Edit- still poor service, extremely rude service from the older lady that works the drive thru. After seeing multiple bad reviews I now believe I got sick here after having to return my food to be completely remade after they completed wrecked my order. Do not eat here I do not recommend until new management or workers at least. These employees do not know what they are doing.
This taco bell was an extreme pleasure to come to!!! From ordering with Brandon and having food brought to me by Nelva? I was beyond a doubt completely satisfied with the service. On to the food... The food was hot and delicious. I don't expect much coming to fast food restaurants, but this experience went above and beyond my expectations!!!! You won't be lacking coming to this location!! Crunch wraps should be cheaper. Healthier options would be nice. I appreciate how late they're open, great midnight snack. Vegetarian options: Spicy potato soft taco, black bean burrito, taco, & crunch wrap, 7 layer burrito substitute beef for beans.
Dear Taco Bell Customer Service, I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experiences at your store since its opening. And it's not surprising why you have 2.5 stars rating Every visit, whether through the drive-thru or in the lobby, has been a series of disappointments, with orders consistently being incorrect. This is not acceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of attention to detail in food preparation. Even more disturbing is the appalling standard of customer service. Despite the repeated issues, I have seen no effort whatsoever to rectify the problems or make amends to improve the customer experience. This level of negligence is truly disconcerting. During a recent visit, I went in to place an order directly with the staff member at the register. Yet, they adamantly pushed for me to use the self-service computer, despite me clearly stating my disinclination to do so. This has been deeply frustrating and has left me feeling disrespected and unheard. I am appalled at the level of service at this Taco Bell location and am bringing these issues to your attention in the hope that urgent action will be taken. I am extremely frustrated and hope my concerns will be addressed appropriately. I look forward to your prompt response and immediate action to rectify these issues.
This is the Taco Bell closest to me... I actually rarely go to this one and travel further to another location as this one always messes something up on my order.. I love Taco Bell this location humm... not so much.
