Slow service and got order wrong, returned to ask for the missing items and got it wrong once again. Wont be returning to this location.
Worst Taco Bell experience ever! Food took forever, every hard shell taco was smashed. Quesadilla and grilled cheese burrito were both barely cooked. Internal cheese was not melted, no grilled cheese on the grilled cheese burrito. Barely any meat in any of the tacos either. 5 dudes working nothing getting done and a bunch of cussing going on between them. If you own this Taco Bell time to clean house!!
Food was good but paid for supreme tacos and received regular tacos but the best Taco Bell in the area
Customer service is horrible. Never going again to this location. On asking front counter guy name, he reluctant to tell his name instead started threatening. Very Very bad experience. I am afraid how such a big chain of restaurant hires these kind of person. Vegetarian options: Ordered vegetarian but got beef. Very bad
Not open during listed hours
So i walked in to get my uber eats order and the “manager on duty” started my order as soon as i got there because he claimed that he just got it. Then I asked him how long for it to be made and he said “it’s only gonna be a few minutes, there isn’t even much to be made.” (there were many things to be made) He also had trouble with hearing me and I told him to take out his AIRPOD out of his ear then. He said that he uses it to answer customers phone calls since he is the manager. That is not how it works since i know that airpods don’t connect to store phones. I later called and asked “are you calling me through your airpods?” He then said, “no i’m calling you through the drive thru headset!” Again, those don’t connect to store phones….. I don’t understand why he lied to me and got an attitude at the store just cause i asked how long it would take…. All i asked was for him to take out the airpods since he couldn’t hear me
In the middle of taking my order started talking to the person beside Her about scheduling didn’t ask me what I want to drink or anything. Also told them I wanted the soft taco. They gave me a hard taco, so just goes to show she won’t even listen to me extremely rude.
First of all, this is fast food. Keeping things in perspective. It's not competitive with regular Hispanic food restaurants, but it's good for fast food. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. This location had staff issues in the past but appeared to resolve them. There are plenty of menu options with standard Americanized Mexican food. My wife and I like coming here for a quick meal or snack. The food has always been good, with the exception of what they call a Gordito. For some reason, it always comes soggy. For burritos, we like that we can swap regular beans for black beans. They have a variety of hot sauces from mild to Diablo. They are open late, as late as 2am. Each location may vary. Staffing shortages may also affect hours. The inside typically closes earlier than their hours. I don't know the exact inside hours since I usually order at the drive-through. Vegetarian options: You can customize your order for no meat or dairy products as desired.
With a staff of four working, i had to wait 18 minutes to get two combo boxes. In addition, I realized after ordering that this location is charging $2 more than the other location 2 miles down the road.
Extremely slow delivery. Even for a singles burrito you will need to wait 20 mins to get your order while all that time they will be chatting away. And it is not one off situation. It’s always like that. Worst experience ever
