Just don’t order from this location. There’s always some type of complication with this location, that you can’t avoid no matter how much you wish to. They are very in need of a rebrand. Fire all staff no matter the ones who do right and put the highly favorite employees in place to serve with some type of humility because this location lacks it severely.

I'm extremely happy with the service there. They require us to use the kiosk to place an order. They are rude, I was standing st the counter and it took approximately 10 minutes to get acknowledged. And thr manager saw me but instead of seeing if I needed anything, he was kind of rude to an employee telling him to see what I needed because I was just standing there. Rude personnel, I know an elderly couple thst was ahead of me want happy too becua3 they didn't know how to use thr kiosk. She asked for help but the employees told her it was self explanatory. So I ended up helping her. I recommend staying away from here.

The Best Taco Bell On Colerain. Every Time I Go In There The Staff Are Amazing! They Are Always Fast And Efficient. The Food Is Always Delicious. Definitely Recommend This Store

How do you up charge someone for shredded cheese when you don't have the right cheese that goes on a burrito 🤔 😐

Terrible was sitting in the drive threw for 15 min and no one came to take my order at 7:00pm so many cars was waiting and their order never got taken nor did anyone come and communicate that they were closed or having issues.. whoever the manager was today needs to do better

I must admit... I don't comment very often as I have come to expect badly made food at TB the past few years, HOWEVER... THIS location changed my mind today. Kudos to the two young men working tonight. My crunchy tacos and crunchwraps were made PERFECTLY!! AND, they were very nice at the window. Thank you for making it the way they are supposed to be made. I was so tired and didn't feel like cooking and my grandson requested TB... and it was great! THANK YOU!! Signed, An Ex Taco Bell AGM

This is the location to come to on a Saturday night is you want to fast. Online orders not started after 20+ mins, half a dozen customers inside, and a full parking lot outside in their cars waiting. Ive never been to such a poorly run restaurant and we are talking about Taco bell so the expatiation are low. I even managed to get charged twice for a meal that was never prepared. Lovely.

This location has significantly improved over the last few months. Enough that I wonder if they've gone through a change of management. They are now open for breakfast (previously they said they were open but nobody would be there). I have also seen an improvement in the employees they've been hiring. That said, my one complaint is that they always ask you to pull around to keep their drive-thru times low, even if nobody is behind you.

My chalupa shell was dry, tasted like cardboard, TACO Bell on Colerain near the mall, is inconsistent with the quality of food. It's sad, because TACO Bell has a good menu. I'M SICK OF ROLLING THE DICE! I'M GOOD ON TACO BELL

Just went through the drive through. The lady taking our order asked only about twenty times “is that all” very rudely and was super short with us through the entire order. The man at the window barely spoke to us but when he did it was also rude as hell. The food has tomato’s all over it when it was specifically asked for no tomato. Service was horrible and made us feel super unwelcome. 12/10 wouldn’t recommend this location.
