All I know is if you walk in and they won't take your order and say you have to order on the screen , Wendy's is next door and they WILL take your order .

Female employee was extremely rude towards a homeless man saying things loud enough for us to hear some of us aren't lacking in basic human decency and would prefer not to hear how much you are...Taco shells were stale and they put sour cream on them when it wasn't indicated to do so and didn't put one of our items in the bag.

I was out of town and went in and got something to go. A gentleman (Caucasian) went to the men's restaurant. After receiving my order I went to my car. I had to go to the bathroom. I went back in to try to use the restroom. I heard this Loud aggressive voice yelling behind me. Saying "Did someone just go in my bathroom". There was a Enormous overweight black girl With braids In a yellow vest ran up on me and told me that "YOU cannot use the restroom because the plumbing is bad and both men's an Women's restrooms can NOT be used!" Remind you earlier.When I was in there a Caucasian gentleman went to the men's restroom and No one said anything about the bathroom And it's Plumbing issues. The Black girl that approached me earlier was in the Lobby of the restaurant when he went in the restroom. She never said anything to him like she said to me. I will never visit this place again.Because there were no signs on none of the door staying that The bathrooms were out of order.I believe she was being very Nasty an rude. But karma is my best friend

Went there today, they are out of about 7 menu items. Wanted to order a box meal knowing some stuff was out of stock. They would not sub anything... at all. They apparently do not want customers.

Michelle was absolutely amazing!!!!! We came in LATE at night with a massive order and she didn’t stutter!!!!!!!

This is the worst Taco Bell in cincinnati ohio. The workers are rude and they never have all ingredients that’s needed for anything they need better management

Pulled into the parking lot, two employees were sitting outside smoking marijuana & said the dinning room was closed but that we could go through the drive thru, got to the drive thru, employee 1 (female) said she’d be right w us, employee 2 (male) said we aren’t taking orders.

Stood in line for 20 minutes and no one came to take my order. Drive thru had 2 cars and lobby had 1 person. Never returning.
