I don't like it like I use to

You have to stay in there and wait for somebody to get to you. When you get your food it seems like sometimes it's just thrown together and other times it looks like they were actually trying to offer up something nice to eat.

Terrible service. Staff was inconsiderate and not paying any attention. Got our order wrong 3 times and continued to laugh in our faces. What a joke of a place and staff.

Third time I’ve been to this location and for the third time they have NOT taken my order. Instead, they rudely tell me I have to use the kiosk. They are either too lazy or too stupid to take orders. Could understand if it was extremely busy, but it hasn’t been every time I’ve been there.

The line was so long, but it went so fast! They were busting their assess, best service from a taco bell I've had!

They don't put any meat on your food, it's full of beans, I guess that's the new meat source...

I honestly haven't had that great of experiences at this place. Lots of rude second shift staff but after meeting the manager today this morning and getting breakfast from there it was really good he is absolutely awesome and doing a great job keeping things together so I'm giving this a 5

Night shift workers are lazy and half-brained. I'd stay away from here, I won't be going back. I ordered 2 grilled cheese steak burritos and they both look like the picture I've provided, wrapped in 2 tortilla shells, not even grilled, they were gross, these are $6 each at least lol. Pathetic. Waste of time coming here when the food is right 25% of the time. If you're reading this just please go somewhere else, I definitely won't be returning

Stopped at 12:00am 7/6/24. One of the worst Taco Bell’s I have stopped at. They had already shut down the fryer despite being open for two more hours. Also, told us cash only (which was fine for us but I’m sure very inconvenient for some), and we could hardly understand the gentleman taking our order. He must have been very tired he was talking quietly / unclearly. Our cheesy Gordita crunches were made incorrectly (seemed like they were improvised) and someone had accidentally put ranch on mine instead of sour cream.

Parking lot trashy. The employees are not nice. Not going back there anymore.

Ordered twelve tacos 6 soft shell meat and cheese only got with lettuce and 6 hard shell meat only and got with cheese absolutely terrible

Put in a mobile order and went to pick it up and when I pulled up to the box and said I had a mobile order and gave my name I was told they didn’t have an order under that name or it must have been picked up already. I offered to give them the order # and I was told “no I can’t do anything if the order was already picked up” and I tried to explain that it couldn’t have been because I have it on my phone and then she proceeded to tell me I said it wrong and I should’ve said “mobile app” order. Fast forward..I get my food, get home and my order is completely wrong, didn’t even receive HALF the food I ordered, and I wasn’t even that worried about it was just gonna submit a complaint on the app and be done with it. BUT…Picture below is a taco that was bitten into only to find a piece of PLASTIC cooked into it. It’s what looks to be the corner of a bag??? Idk but called up and spoke with a manager and was first told “there’s no way there was a corner of a bag in the taco” like I don’t have a picture of it. Was then told I could call up and have the order remade tomorrow but honestly the thought of getting food from this location again makes my stomach turn. Would definitely give zero stars if I could.
