Taco Bell

Worst experience of my life. It was a normal night and my wife ordered us dinner throught the taco bell app (which we regularly do). We arrive to the store within about 10 minutes (we live very close by) and our order has already been picked up(stolen). we where told that we would have to re-order and spend another $30 inorder to get our food, and that orders get stolen all the time. Yet our 2 drinks where just finished being made, nothing made since. When we asked to speak with higher management to try and get our food, we where told to leave. Now we have to wait until morning to call corporate to try an get our money back, and someone to train them in customer service. What is this world coming to..

By far the worst taco bell I have ever been to!!! Your two ladies that work the 2am shift need to be fired..There ruid,lazy and and straight disrespectful..They made my order wrong came back to get what I thought was gonna be right the second time to a sloppy cold burrito that was nothing of what I ordered..To be honest idk what the hell it was..Took that back and got my money back..After looking at what they gave me to eat I didn't want them touching nothing that I would put in my mouth..They are nasty and someone is gonna get sick behind there cold slop..And for them to think it's funny and not care shows me what kinda employees they are!! The kind that need to be fired as a business owner myself if I had two employees like them running my business at night knowing they don't care about my customers and there experience and making sure they are satisfied with what there hard earned money paid for I would close the doors cause it's embarrassing to have unprofessional carless just here for a paycheck help being the face of what I'm trying to build..Which goes to show by reading the comments this has been going on for awhile now and nothing has been done about it so the owner must be just like them..Cause if he or she cared there would have been a change in the 1st bad review not 100 later and people are still having issues.. Horrible place of business I don't recommend this taco bell at all.. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!! FYI there are people out there who take there job seriously and care about there work place..

The two girls who worked on Saturday Feb 17 and 2am were rude as hell. I get the frustration of working late with limited supplies, we weren't rude, and were completely understanding that they were out of meat...yet they had an attitude which ruined my overall appetite. Learn manners

This is our favorite Taco Bell. I visit a lot on Wednesdays before church with my grandsons. They love the food, as do I.
