Soft tacos had barely any meat or lettuce on it
Change gave us excellence customer service and management seems to have elevated there game.
Ordered food for delivery, half of the food was wrong the other half wasn't in the bag so I had to go to the store and they gave my food to the wrong person. The food was cold and tasted terrible.
I can only assume a guy working there today is mad about his life choices that led him to employment at taco bell. Not my fault as a customer dude.
I paid for extra nacho cheese on my crunch wrap and they put none…zero amount of cheese
UPDATE: 02/13/2024 There is nothing more that sets your expectations as to the first rude greeting at the ordering position in the drive thru. The sound of total disgust when you ask a question or confirmation. Then you get to the window and she hands you a drink you did not order. You say....I'm sorry, that is not mine. She looks at you like it is your fault and says nothing. Then as you wait you get to watch her dig at her hair and pick at the bumps on her hairline. Then just as you think it can't get any worse, he rubs on the back of her ear, picking and adjusting the backs of her multiple earrings......this person is just about to handle your food, debit card and napkins.......can you say VOMIT!!!! She hands you the bag....you know you need to check it and the correct sauce is NOT in the bag.....so now you have to have her use the same picking fingers to touch you while she hands you the sauce you requested initially. I wonder if she wasn't so busy laughing it up with a coworker as the line is wrapped around the building if this whole debacle might have been any better.......sad thing is...it is just about the SAME anywhere you go.....SMH ♂️ Initial Review Upon Opening Riverbend Nice.
