It's pretty quiet if you're stopping here mid day for lunch! Unlike a lot of the other taco bells I've experienced in CLT, they have never messed my order up. Staff is also pretty friendly.

Leaving this review for the owners. Every single order (over the past several months) my wife and I have gotten from this location has been wrong. Every. Single. Order. We now order from another location and they get it right. It’s ok to mess an order up! But it’s truly something that should be addressed when it is a nonstop pattern. As difficult as the hiring market is, ensuring an order is right is the baseline of service.

We were staying in Charlotte for a few weeks as we evacuated from Asheville, NC. This Taco Bell had the tastiest, freshest food , and their service was excellent.. Really good!

They always mess up your order, no cheese? Oh wow it's entirely cheese. They never listen and slow. Crazy.

No lux box, no byo cravings box other than veggie, no good deals.... go to another location.

Go the the one on Pineville Matthews instead. Literally every order I ever gotten, it's either wrong or missing things. Never gonna change.

If I have to order my own food and pay for it myself, it should be free and bigger servings. Just saying.

Just sitting here waiting in line…….. indefinitely

My entire order was wrong. I called several times. They picked up and hung up immediately, and this happened 6 times. I'm not usually one to call repeatedly, but I thought maybe I just got the wrong order. Nope. Just HORRIBLE workers. Firstly, I ordered a large supreme dorito taco combo with some add ons. I got NONE of my add ons and NONE of the supreme toppings. I got a beefy 5 layer burrito with add ons. It was missing ingredients from even a BASIC beefy 5 layer and STUFFED with lukewarm beans to the point I couldn't even eat it. My drink was a medium and was 90% ice. I didn't get any of the sauces i ordered. This location is disappointing to say the absolute least. I'm working a 12 hour shift right now and this was supposed to be my dinner, but it was hardly warm, the whole thing was wrong, and now I'm just upset at how people can be so disgustingly lackluster. DO BETTER.

I am in the industry and to show up here are 11:19 pm and greeted by a beautiful soul named China! She was so sweet and kind and I know she was dying to go home! This girl needs a raise. So pleasant and unbothered, yet as an industry person I know she was tired! Love and light 💡
