As many others have said, this place is very slow and can be inconsistent. I'm not sure why that is because it looks like they're fully staffed inside. Nevertheless I have waited 20-30 minutes for orders every time (10+ visits) except one.
Had to comment on the great service I received last night 10/25/24. The line was very long when I first arrived but I was in and out in about 5 mins. Also the man at the drive thru was very polite and pleasant. Service was fast and efficient. Exactly what you want from a FAST FOOD place. Food was great and neatly packaged.
They forgot to give me cinnamon twist so I went back and they gave me 2 for not giving me any
Closes 3 hours early on a Saturday, boards the doors and tells everyone waiting in the parking lot to request refunds.
They did not issues refunds and I had to dispute the charge with my bank.
The service at this location is great and the food is exactly what you pay for.
For the second time in three trips, I drove there, sat in the drive thru line, just to be told they are no longer taking orders. It was 8pm. This place sucks.
By far the slowest, least consistent taco bell I've ever been to. It's nearby, so I've tried going at different times of day, different days of the week and it's always incredibly slow. There isn't any way out of the drive through if you're in line though, so I've been stuck for over half an hour with only a couple cars ahead of me. The food is also inconsistent in it's quality despite me ordering the same item every time, where sometimes it's drowning in sauce to the point of falling apart or seemingly lacking any meat.
I've also tried getting breakfast in the morning, but have been told that breakfast hours have ended despite it being an hour before their listed end time and the menus still displaying breakfast.
The worst experience in fast food I’d ever had ☹️ I work in customer service so I understand how exhausting that can be, so I always am polite. At this particular location they could care less what i actually ordered, they gave me what ever they wanted to give me and was very rude about it. i just asked for a refund and will never return again.
This was ridiculous. I expected to sit in line for 5 to 10 minutes but these people had me back on the road in what feels like 90 seconds. And the best part... I could actually hear the guy on the mic!
The order taker in the drive through was short tempered and dismissive when they were out of something in multiple order items.
Edit: they also didnt give any sauces or the cheese sauce for the nachos.
Unfortunately, not enough employees to open inside. Service was great and food was , well, Taco Taco Bell!!!
I just went through the drive through at 10:30pm on a Saturday and they said they were closed even though the website says open to until 2am. This is typical for this location. Always closed
Is Barricading the front door not a major fire code violation not to mention a major liability? walking up to a restaurant to find the doors locked and barricaded is highly tacky and bad business. Closing the dinning room doesn’t make you less busy it actually makes things worse, the dinning room buys you time the drive through does not. Big momma who found herself being the boss and rude with absolutely no customer service ability nor the capacity to do her job is a horrible representation of Taco Bell. If Taco Bell’s staff can’t manage to make dip items in a timely manner maybe you should get like chick fil an and get rid of your dinning rooms.
Love the speed in the drive through. Good service. Nice people
I like Taco Bell, but I was disappointed with food. I did the drive-through, so I didn't feel like taking cold food back through
