Placed order on kiosk. 3 beefy burritos. Only customer. When order was finally ready she just slammed it on the counter! Not even eye contact. I checked order when I returned to my car. 3 cold bean burritos with a teaspoon of beans. I just thru it out on the parking lot. The place was filthy so I dodged a bullet.
Ordered 2 crunchwrap supreme. The crunch was soggy and there was almost no meat on either one and both were cold. Not happy about meal. Went in the garbage where they should have put it!
Taco Bell has a pretty low standard to hit but this one has continuously missed the mark since reopening. You ask for mild sauce? You’re getting handful of whatever the person at the window reaches first. Order a number 10? Nah I heard two, and the screen doesn’t work and I’m certainly not gonna repeat your order back to you to confirm. To top it off, I’ve gone there twice during the posted open hours to be told they’re only accepting DoorDash or they’re closed only to see other cars roll thru. Avoid this place, no one that works there cares about their job. They should tear it down again
I had a very basic order of two items, neither of which were customized, just straight off the menu. They didn't even make it right. Just put random tacos in a bag and handed it to me. Of course, the one time I didn't check my order immediately, I get all the way back to my office and then realized it was wrong.
Every time I order from this Taco Bell I wait over an hour just for 1 meal and when it’s the drive through you will be sitting there for 30 before even being able to order. The workers are very rude and they rush you. I was so excited for the reopening of this Taco Bell but all it is, is just disappointment
Even the drive-thru was closed at 6:57pm on a Monday.
Horrible location. Managers are horrible. Employees are horrible .
There employees eat the DoorDash orders and then lie and say they gave it to someone else.. They should have never remodeled and reopened this location .

This has got to be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. How are you going to tear down and completely rebuild the store to have it be worse?
A child could of built a better store than this lump of garbage.
How can your drive thru line not even function properly? Only one out of two lanes are usable. The time that it takes to get through the line is a little under 30 minutes.
Try going inside and it's the least homey vibe you could ever go into. It's quiet and awkward with no sense of creativity. Everything is sticky like someone cleaned it with soda.
You might as well tear it back down and leave it alone.
Gotta edit this last part because I have now noticed that there is mold or whatever that is in the ceiling.
I came to this location at around 4pm. The young brown skinned girl with the 2 braids took my order and was very rude. Felt like she was rushing me. Once I get to the window, she barely acknowledges me and takes my card. She didn’t even face me when giving it back, just reached her arm out of the window. While waiting for my food, she repeatedly slammed the window in my face. I get my food, she doesn’t even say “Have a good day”, she just slams the window again. Like really ??? What happened to good customer service ??? At least the food was hot, I guess ..
So it’s very unprofessional when you only have a manager own staff and your manager is just sitting at a table doing an interview while all of his employees decide to walk out rather their shift in it or not you had a whole line at the drive-through. nobody let anybody know nothing, and then when the people started coming in for their orders, employees were clocking out ignoring customers, and the manager just didn’t care stated that it was drive-through only.
ordered 3 luxe boxes (which they didn't seem to know what that was) and received this...a bag with a bunch of random literally freezing/frozen cold items thrown in...not what i ordered..not eatable in any way. and it took them 15 minutes to give to me even though i was the only person there/in line....
I don't review much, but I'm gonna have to jump on the 1 star train this location is getting since it reopened.
Seriously, try another branch until this one improves.
Live just down the road, and was looking forward to it reopening. But it has been an absolute clown show since day one. Today was the second Saturday around lunch that they were "unable to take orders".
The other visits were just as horrible.
Once, I watched an older gentleman try to get one of the seven, yeah, seven uniformed employees behind the counter to take his order at the register. They kept trying to get him to use the kiosk. They were literally yelling to this guy trying to explain how to order on the kiosk, when another customer stepped in and helped him order. Oh, they couldn't take his order at the counter bc there was no register open with a till....at lunchtime on the weekend?!?
Another visit, zero cars in drive thru, one other customer inside already eating. Waited almost 20min for two bean burritos (which were cold) and nachos. This was also around lunch on a weekday.
They haven't had Hot or Fire sauce except for the first time I went back.
Also, either the contractor or designer screwed up the dual drive thru lanes and put the speaker for the inside lane so far up, you have to block the outside lane to get to the speaker, so it has been closed since about a week in. Just wow.
Not sure if this is a corporate, franchisee, or local management issue, but just beyond unacceptable considering how much time they had while it was closed to get their act together. And the fact that from the reviews here, you can see there has been no attempt to improve.
Take your $ elsewhere for now folks. This one is a dice roll at best.
Was just at this taco bell 30 min go. 8:15 pm Saturday night. This was the worst experience and worst tasting food. The service was terrible. The girl that took the order (drive thru) had no customer service or common courtesy. She has no business working with people. She asked if we needed sauce? I told her yes a lot. I got 4. When we kept asking for more sauce, she totally ignored us, asked again, and she ignored us. Finally , I had to drive around and go in. Then I guess she was pissed off because we went in and gave a huge handful and said something under her breath.
Now about the food. Ordered #1, which is 3 taco supremes. Got 3 regular tacos with barely anything in them. They may have been sitting for a while, I imagine. The other meal was the Disha hot discovery meal. The nachos were all over the bag, and it was missing the disha sauce. Is there no quality control of food or people working. Don't get me wrong, I know it's fast food, but I do expect a certain amount of quality. There was none. You need to rip out that evening staff and start over. If we were closer, we would have definitely taken that food back, as we definitely got cheated. Stay away from this Taco Bell.

Probably one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. I went on a weekday when it shouldn’t have even been that busy. It took me 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Service wasn’t great, the people weren’t pleasant and were rushing. Left with my order and it wasn’t even my order. I’m weird about chicken at fast food places and when I saw I had 2 chicken chalupas I was so upset because I just couldn’t eat it and didn’t have time to go back and ask for my correct order. I also have to watch my sugar levels and got a zero sugar drink, but of course the one I got was sugar.
Not sure if she was racist or what but I was told they only have tea and water yet the customer before me and after me got orders
