Food was mid, but the service and friendless made it great experience waiting for my food.

The worst service of any Taco Bell I’ve been to. How does it take 45 minutes for a line of 5 cars to be served? This is supposed to be FAST FOOD. Plus, half the time we have come here previous to this specific time that’s so infuriating and making me write this review, the food has been wrong. It’s dinner time on a Saturday afternoon and I still am stuck in this line and haven’t even had my order taken. Only 4 cars were in front of me when I arrived. Absolute insanity.

Food was good, service was just as good.

This is not the first time they've messed up an order. I guess they hire people who are illiterate. Really not that hard to read "no cheese". I guess it's really hard for these Taco Bell workers. Pray for them . I'm hungry - they're stupid.

This is a taco bell /KFC restaurant. I pulled up to the drive thru, and was told that the only thing they had on the taco bell side was the dorito taco, and I don't like those. So, I had to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes just to leave, because if you look at the photo, there's no way to turn around, and there were people behind me. It wouldn't of been so bad if the guy wasn't so rude about it. He was sitting on a stool at the first window with his hoodie pulled down over his face, and during the 20 minutes while I was there in line line waiting to leave, I bet he only looked up from his phone once, and that was when another employee walked up to him to tell him something...it's really hard to find good help these days...thank God cookout was close by 🙄😭😂

Always forgetting something in our order, this is the third time in a ROW at separate times where there is something missing. Stuff is so expensive now a days so would like to receive what I paid for.

Trust me this drive thru takes literally forever and they don’t have items after long wait

They really need some help or just close this location.

Food , service, and atmospher always great

Very, very slow. and disorganized. I will not!! visit again. God forbid you order from the kiosk for take out. You had better stand at the counter if you want to know whats going on! Terrible. Girl at drive thru does not communicate with cashier who is training someone. Most of the hiccups could have avoided today

Everytime I go to this location they have an attitude! $2 for water is crazy, and they told me they don’t sell the luxe box anymore but the promo said until September! These horrible reviews are accurate!

Don't expect to eat if you go here after midnight. They only serve “plain chicken soft shell tacos” and its a joke. Clearly, too lazy to have a full menu and poor enough management to allow it.

Great deals and eats

The food was ok. I ordered a #2, soft taco supremes combo. The tacos had NO tomatoes and NO sourcream. I went back inside and expressed my concerns, she had a crazy attitude, took the tacos to add it and brought the tacos back to the front and while holding my food, takes the time to conversate to tom, dic* and Harry. Very unprofessional. Will NOT be back. Go elsewhere, cause obviously she doesn't wanna be there

The nicest people, been three times of day and got great service. Food was on point never had a wrong order. The gentlemen even went out of his way to ensure I had extra napkins without me evening having to ask.

Drive through worker gave attitude, kept getting out order wrong, told us they didn’t have beef, slammed window on us, and got the wrong food. Manager had to get our food remade

I wish I could rate 0 because this was the worst experience ever. I don’t know who hurt the lady at the drive through but she just acted annoyed the whole time and I just drove off. Awful.
