Taco Bell

Ordered on Uber eats and they kept giving us an order from grub hub that’s a completely different order not once but twice. I had to call them multiple times to even get an answer and her excuse was well sometimes there’s an order with the same name and I said well as the restaurant you’re supposed to check and make sure it’s the right order not send us the same exact wrong order twice. She then hung up because she’s incompetent lol.

EXTREMELY rude workers. Got yelled at for wanting to order.

I have ordered from here 2 times to make sure the review was consistent. It’s obvious by ALL the recent reviews that the management and staff do not care about the food, service, or quality coming out of here. I think they need a whole new team to turn this wreck around. My order: Cheesy Gordita Crunch 3 Potato tacos Beefy burrito Bean and Cheese burrito It was awful. Rice in the bean and cheese was so stale it scratched my throat, so so stale. The potatoe tacos had no sauce in them and NO potatoes in them! Cheesey Gordita barely had anything in it. The environment was no better, staff had an attitude, there must have been 5 people with the same problems as me in there. It was awful. The manager walked in as we got our order, did not do anything as we complained. Very very poor. But I guess it’s Taco Bell. What can you expect…

Despise being part of the order, the sauce is rarely included in the order for this location. Love the sauce. It seems so easy. First world problems :).

China has the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. She so patient, kind, and friendly. She definitely take pride and what she does. Thank You China for the wonderful experience at Taco Bell.

So basically, the drive through, is supposed to be open until 3:30am. When I arrived at 3 AM to my surprise, the store appeared to be closed. Even though you can clearly see through the drive through window that the store was operating ingredients on the counter, grills turned on. In addition there were at least four to five cars in the parking lot. One of them an employee sleeping inside 🤔

We order from here a lot. Last time I ordered a bowl, I added a side of avocado ranch and didn’t get it. Today our door dash order was swiped by someone else and they had to remake it- this time I didn’t get any Avo ranch in my bowl- nada. I had to use chick fil a ranch 🤬

Literally THEE WORST SERVICE sat in drive thru for 10 mins no answer; curiously drive to the window and ask the girl there whats up? This girl says “Oh I couldn't hear you and we turn the drive thru camera off at 3a so I couldn't see you.” BUT YOU CLOSE AT 4a?!? 🤔 So she definitely turned her headset off at 3a too! 😂😮‍💨 Fast food servers really want more than minimum wage but to do less than the bare minimum. Furthermore, turning away customers during the resturants’ hours of operation bc you choose to not “hear or see” the the “money” in front of you. Bring on the bots bc ppl TRULY SUCK!!! 😂

Shout out to Kisha for amazing customer service and for personally seeing that mine and my friends meal was received and delivered during the late night hours.
