Online said it was open as well as the door. Walked up and pulled on the door and it didn't open. Employees watched me walk up pull on it and didn't come to open or say anything to me. They watched me walk to my vehicle and drive off. Kinda annoying when I'm in my work vehicle because I'm way to big to use the Drive through and I'm on time crunch.
Incorrect order, paid extra for chicken during online order. Came home found beef in all items but no chicken. If they cannot read order properly they should collect money substitutes. I don't want to eat beef - will not visit store again. I did not want to call them and waste time but completed the online survey. Poor service.
If I were the owner here, I would be absolutely embarrassed. Got my order wrong for delivery, called to try to let them know they didn't include part of the order in the box in order to find put if I need to come in tomorrow or if they can do a partial refund. The manager BJ didn't even attempt to take my name and receipt order. Just said, "call corporate" and hung up on me. This is absolutely pathetic, childish like behavior from a grown man firstly. BJ should be ashamed and embarrassed as both a manager and a human in general. I will be finding the owner on LinkedIn and sending them a personal message about this. I already don't expect much from Taco Bell to begin with, but I'd at the very least like to get what I paid for and not accosted when I'm trying to resolve essentially being robbed
