Taco Bell

We've ordered here a lot (the location is super convenient and close to our house). And I really should have written a review before now. This place is absolutely ridiculous - how do you screw up an order EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?? We always order through the app - maybe that's the issue? They don't understand how to fulfill orders from the app? I know it's not earth-shattering, but to have to go back in there to pick up missing items every time you place an order is absurd. And when we go back to retrieve missing items, there's no "oh hey sorry about that, here's your stuff". Customer service here is nonexistent. Bruh. Do better.

Good experience today. Grilled cheese burrito was excellent. My son enjoyed his food. Service was friendly and the restaurant is nice inside.

We went through the drive thru. The service was typical for drive thru service. The food was okay, but I ordered Mexican Pizza and paid extra for sour cream. We ate on the road, and when I was ready for that part found no sour cream added and no cutlery to eat it with.

1st time at this one. Cashier was very sweet. Prices are higher than the one I normally go to. They got my order wrong, and when the cashier was correcting the order as in refunding and recharging me. Most places would have just corrected the order. After paying she was like.. you can keep this, we are not supposed to take it back and I guess the manager didnt like it and YELLED noooooooo put it in the trash. The poor cashier was mortified. I felt bad for her. That manager(lady) needs a class in customer service AND how to treat your employees, but I doubt they care. Definitely will not be going back. Food was ok but the seating is horrible. Cold and hard.

Taco Bell used to be a less expensive fast food option, that never disappointed. Not anymore...

Dining room was open and the service was great. Mexican pizza was fully filled and tacos were filled correctly too. Thanks for the great experience.

i don’t normally leave good reviews tbh but the gentleman at the window was very nice and the food was amazing it was around midnight so normally other taco bells aren’t that great so i decided to leave a good review good job taco bell on hamilton mill rd
