Waited almost 30min combined between the drive thru and parked in a spot after I was told the order would be brought out to me. Finally got the notification that my order was done, went inside to just get it myself as I was done waiting. The bag and food felt cold. Submitted feedback through their website and never heard back.
Have ordered from this taco bell multiple times over the past 2 years and there's always a problem with my order from missing items to wrong items. The food quality is fine. You cannot easily get a hold of the location on the phone to resolve issues and taco bell online customer service moves at a snails pace.
We always drop in to this TacoBell when visiting Walden Galleria and pit stop here .. good service, reasonable prices and nice parking - drive thru
This is an update from previous reviews. I don't know what happened but it feels like this place transformed. Food quality overall is what you expect from a Taco Bell. The wait isn't terrible. If you order ahead it tends to be ready or close to it.
Gone are the days of being stuck in the drive thru for an hour or inside with nothing to do but wait because the order was "processed" by staff and couldn't be cancelled. Gone is being randomly closed.
Also, staff is amazing. They are extremely kind and decent and to be honest if ever a bit "off" I'm going to cut them slack, it's gotta be hell to work here. so Thank You to the staff of this location!!!

I wanted to go 4 stars just because I have had nothing but issues with the company itself when this location used to be terrible where I'd go to pick up and it would be closed or staff would refuse to make the order but also refuse to refund. Customer service would never respond to my messages and ever try to call? Forget it. I didn't though because that reduction would imply the current staff and current staff deserve all the praise. Thank you!
The food is fine; Standard TacoBell... No real personal interaction. The place was a mess and bathrooms were disgusting.
Customer service was poor. The cashier was talking very ignorant about personal matters to the staff. My food was cold, and I got a deluxe box and they gave me two of the same tacos. The most important part was my food was very cold. I would highly recommend not going to this location? In fact the manager should feel Ashamed of themselves !
Very bad experience. The workers were swearing and talking about their home lives in front of the customers. They got the order completely wrong as well.
I think that they make good tacos. And they have the best prices.
I got the Doritos loco tacos with 0 meat (which was requested) just beans, pico and lettuce, no sauces to help with that issue, didn't get the side order of beans and rice. Lame
Zero stars if I could. Everytime I order I'm missing items. Is it that hard to count the items that are listed on the damn receipt attached to the bag? They never give you the sauces you request, and the food if sloppy in it's preparation. This location may be the reason I just stop ordering from taco bell ever again.
We came late night but the food was great and the service was awesome!
