The cashier Sutapa was confused as hell and not helpful. Need a better attitude to improve.

Online order late every time very bad experience

Because of less number of staffs had to wait for around 40 minutes to place an order. Paid for unlimited soft drinks but the machine stopped working.Staffs were polite but because of less number of staffs and beverages machine not working it was a chaos!

Pathetic service by Barsha. She is the one who takes the orders at the counter. Would never visit this outlet again. Had some issues with my mentioned preferences when food was served, to which she wasn't cooperative at all. Even while taking the order she wasn't helpful at all. In another attitude zone, can't understand why. Someone needs to look into this system and probably place someone better at the counter. I hope someone from the franchise/management reads this.

Don’t go to this place. The staff was forcing people to eat what they don’t want to. When said *no onions*, it means no onions - you can’t force someone again and again to eat. And then when asked to make again, they removed onions from top and gave again. People are not eating for free, we are paying for food.

Worst food served here, be it nachos or tacos or burritos all punjabi versions they have done so much squeezing cheese in nachos will never have Taco Bell food in India it’s the worst you guys have spoiled the taste and everything about tacos worst experience

Pathetic service I have ever experienced. How much time have you ever waited after ordering food.. I have waited months than 1 hr 40 minutes from this restaurant
