I asked for no beans and still got beans. The cashier was so rude.

Pulled up at 12:30 2 other cars in the drive thru I know yall close at 2am why nobody taking orders

1. Hate using a kiosk. And being pointed to use it. 2. Bathrooms were locked, had to get manager to unlock. (Kinda get it, rough area) 3. When I order togo and dont get the drink or hot sauce that I ordered from said kiosk and then directed to get hotsauce from bin in lobby(that had none and it was dead inside). 4. Using phones when they could be cleaning the dirty floors or restocking said hot sauce, or the soap despenser in the restroom(they need to was hand too dont they?) All in all it was a usless experience with crappy attitudes, when all I wanted was a quick bite and to take a leak. There is my Karen rant for this Taco Bell.

Imagine getting hard, cold, and stale food. Imagine going to bite into your chalupa and it falls apart! Like really if your don’t like your job just quit at this point because you would be upset if someone gave you this hard for too. Then I order some nacho fries and they were cold and hard as day I brought them back and got a refund. Now know my tacos were going to be hard as well smh. The Taco Bell on Sherwood would never get my money ever again. I got the $7 luxe box and everything in the box was either hard or staled like this is literally a waste frfr. Then to order nacho fries with it and they cold and hard is mad crazy this Taco Bell should be ashamed of themselves for even giving people bad food frfr………

I used the internet to make an order gave them 20mins to ready my order an when I got there they didn't have blackheads so had to change my order, then they said the fries weren't ready then after 15mins got my order well half my order an half someone else's order, was pissed off u would think they could have gotten it right with all the time they spent fugen it up thanks taco bell.

I went up to the drive-thru to order food, and they asked if I was ordering with the app and I said no and then they didn't say anything. I tried to ask for something and they just ignored me they didn't say anything. So I just drove away without getting anything. And that seemed to be with the car in front of me did too. They just ignored me! What the heck?? Like even if you can only order with the app for some reason you could at least say something

Yall. I never thought a taco bell would get 5 stars from me! Great service. So fast. And the food was so hot, it burnt my tongue. Hands down, the BEST Taco Bell location.
