The order took FOREVER to get.

If I could put negative in front a star I would. The service is poor and when you’re a paying customer you are entitled to get what you want. Everytime I visit this empty restaurant, I get the same treatment. Paying $16 for extra added to an order and when you don’t receive it and call back the manager gets an attitude like I did something wrong. Just know, I tried with you all. Ain’t no coming back. There is so much competition in the area and yall store is always empty. Maybe that’s why? I wouldn’t recommend this location to a German shepherd. Good day!

I love hard tacos, but why are the shells almost always broken? And do you think, for the price now we could get a little more meat....

I feel so bad I had yelled at the people in drive thru to pick up a delivery because it was a long line. And even though I couldn't skip the line to get order. They were really the sweetest people. I feel so bad. I give them a good rating for great customer service. My apologies 😔. Such sweet souls

If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would! Went to this location @1pm for lunch & I went thru the drive thru! I ordered the crunch wrap supreme combo, after completing my order& paying ! The lady closes the window. I'm thinking she is getting my order together! But no im now sitting there for ten min! I have to wave to get her attention To ask how much longer I need to go! She says oh it's coming now we had a large order at counter! Not my problem but ok! My mistake was I didn't check my food before leaving as i always do! Cause i was in a hurry! But after arriving back to my destination I sit to eat! It was luke warm, the damn thing barley had meat on it, the crunch part was soggy, A WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY! I definitely called to tell them about it and the excuse is they have guide lines on how much meat they can put on it! Baby that was barley a teaspoon of meat!! I Will Not Go Here Again!!!!

The food is always good, but I've had trouble trying to pay on the app for about a month now. It keeps giving an error message no matter what card I use. The cards then show a payment pending but eventually gets reversed.

They have donkey brains for employees

My order did not include everything, no cheese for the nacho fries, and the fries were soggy and cold. No cheese for the nachos and the nachos were thrown all over the bag. The tacos and other food items were cold also. It only had taking them one minute of me placing my order and receiving it for this disaster of food.

Quick fast right order the first time

The employees working tonight were amazing especially the young man handing orders off at the window!! Most impressive service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant and the order was perfect too. We got everything we ordered and it was made perfectly. Keep up the great work! We will be back
