cheese was cold and our quesadilla was burnt. our tacos were also soggy. also where was the customer service?? don’t recommend you’ll most likely get sick and given a dirty look for asking for something.

these workers are lucky to be even getting a star. no meat or sour cream like i asked and had to use my own sauce

It's great when we get all our items the way we ordered it. Only grip is they roll the burritos the wrong way sometimes and all the cheese is at the bottom

Employees tell customers the bathrooms are out of order but they just lock them so customers can’t use them and they don’t have to clean them as often. Watched an employee let himself into the bathroom and was able to go in as he came out. Bathroom worked fine so employee is just a liar.

This chicken cantina burrito was horrible! I bought 3 of these and paid $7 EACH! What a rip off. Where is the chicken?! We’ve been buying these for a while and they have gotten smaller and smaller over the last few months but this is absolutely ridiculous! It was just a tortilla with sauce and a tiny sprinkle of lettuce. That’s a hell of a far cry from what you advertise!

Great food... err ummm depending on the time. Definitely hit and miss. In BR this location has the most hits 🎯. Drinks can be flat at times. You get enough sauce to choke a mule! 🤣😂

absolutely terrible I would not recommend anyone to go here. They don’t listen to your order. They do what they want with your taco and they’ll give you nothing but sour cream and lettuce. ERICA HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE WHEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS!!!!

The hard shell tacos taste just like any other Taco Bell, which I like. However, this is the dirtiest Taco Bell I've ever seen in my entire life.

They need to just close this location. Those people only there for a check. Whoever was the manager on 07/28/24 around maybe 6 ish, should be ashamed of their self. Plus Ms. Erica J the cashier wasn’t very customer friendly at the window either. Paid almost $30 for the food & it was the worst. Could tell they ain’t stirred the meat, could tell none of the back line workers wanted to be at work, and could tell they all felt like their money was made for the day.

I haven’t had Taco Bell in a while and I was very satisfied, all the girls wore gloves, they were nice and clean and my food was so good I was happy with how fast they served me, I got their names cece, destiny, and diamond thank you so much I was happy and I am full, the taco was filled and pleasing thank yal, I called them just to ask for their names because they deserve credit xoxo

No steak added to my order, despite paying extra for it to be added. Service is almost non-existent for patrons who come into the store to order. It should be a drive-thru only location.
