Nice clean place

every time i come to this location something is always wrong. saturday, their system was “down” i honestly just think the girl was the only one there and didn’t feel like doing her job. today they’re “only taking cash” they need to get it together because it’s very annoying and inconvenient.

I had ordered from DoorDash and the food came cold and the taco shell was so soft and I had called to ask about it and the lady hung up on my face horrible service. Don’t ever BUY FROM THEM

Pulled up at 1:30 AM after a long night out just wanting some food. Got to the speaker, the lady spoke, then went quiet for 10 minutes. We had to drive back around to make sure. Then they proceed to say that they couldn’t take our order because the grills are off and if they dropped food it would take 30 minutes. Then they also said they were out of food which did not make any sense to me. What a joke!

I would first like to say that the service here is usually fine and the food is good most of the time. However I came to this Taco Bell today and ordered my food everything was fine and until at the end when the lady asked me if I would like to round up the total of my order and before I could even answer she says ok pull up with an attitude. I ordered the 12 pack crunchy taco and that’s usually in this big box. The lady gives it to me but I had also gotten a quesadilla and was wondering if that was also in the box bc sometimes they put it together. I asked if it was in the box and she was holding another bag and said it’s right here also with an attitude as if I was supposed to know that was mine and not another persons order. It doesn’t sound as bad on text but the rudeness and attitude this lady gave me was uncalled for. I also have experience in the food industry and even when I am annoyed at a customer I never talk to them like that let alone talk like that when I didn’t do anything for her to even be annoyed.

Gotta brag on this specific location. Staff is always attentive to FOH even with the new self order machines. Food is fast, good, and RIGHT every single time. I go out my way to order from here even with another location 2 minutes away just for the service. I was a shift manager for 2 years about a decade ago and this is the only location I’ve been to since then that seems to actually care.

The drive thru experience was stellar. The food Mexican pizza and tacos crunchy of course we're stellar. Price excellent. Thank you Taco Bell 🔔.

Special orders were prepared perfectly and food was delicious. Pickup employee very friendly and professional.

Just left the one one Oneal and come to the one on George Oneal and this one is also closed at 143am. Why are yall not open til 2. It says til 2 not i clock out at 2am.
