Every shell cracked! It's not rocket science!!

14 dollars and nothing in the bag was what I ordered beyond ridiculous

This was how the beef chalupa was filled. Barely any meat and I had asked for no sour cream.

Just left there, ordered a Mexican Pizza, the Nachos were STALE. I tried to call them to let them know, the phone must be off the hook. 🥴🤢

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE cause these mfs will charge you $40s for 6 tacos and LEAVE OUT 3 OF THEM!!

Lol if you asked me why we keep ordering from here (or any other taco bell in the area) I couldn't give an answer outside of sheer convenience. 5 layer no beans. Has beans. Order a cravings box? Missing the main entre (in this case my cheezit crunch wrap) you want a baja or dragon fruit freeze? Pay for it and still get a small soda. It's laughable really. Yall don't even roll the cheese roll ups. Cheese folds is the running joke in our house. We've come to expect sub par experiences with take out and if you even so much as possess enough audacity to go through the drive through, don't worry, they will be as rude as you don't want/need them to be as well as they won't wait for you to finish your order before throwing you the total (if that) and directing you to pull forward to the drive through window. How dare you want multiple items or no tomato's lol I would say do better, but it's been abundantly clear over this last year that the employees, as well as whoever runs this place, really could care less. I advise a different field of work. Customer service ain't it babes lol Hey but our dasher was an absolute peach!!

Ordered on the app for a later pickup for 11:45. They made it at 10 and just let it sit there. It was cold and hard when I went to pick it up

Heather cantina tacos and quesadilla box food was hot but had too much cheese and too greasy only three four pieces of chicken we will not have that again.

Waited at the drive through for 15 mins without a single car moving up before I left.

Someone was working on a kitchen, but he didn't wash his hands after using the bathroom!

By far the worse Taco Bell ever. Service was super rude. The Mexican pizza was inedible tacos were greasy and mushy. If I could give 0 stars I would... Was shift change or something.
