I usually don’t write reviews but that’s how displeased I am . I go to the Hannah qs on Goverment all the time because it’s close to my job love them they are amazing food is always great staff is always friendly . I just realized I have one closer to home and decided to come here the first time I came the middle of my boudin balls were frozen solid … decided to come back today . And was served slop I ordered spaghetti the sauce was so watery they Saran wrapped the box and it was still spilling out of it into my bag .. when I showed them the food they said it was supposed to look like that . When I showed them a picture of the same plate from the other location they said well that’s because they have a stove we only have a microwave…. 20 dollars for noodles and juice ….do better .. the photo is exactly wat i got when i opened the box vs the other picture is wat it should look like

From Ohio & our first time here. Brisket platter with Mac & cheese, pork & beans was very good. Smoked chicken was still raw & bloody. Service great. Atmosphere would have been good except whomever was arranging tables/scraping the chairs across the floor was sooo loud couldn't hear each other talk.

I visit the Bluebonnet location 3 - 4 times a week usually to get something to go. The food, and employees are great. Special shout out to Brooklyn! As per her recommendation check out the brisket chili. You're Welcome!

I have ordered delivery from here a couple times now. Brisket is fantastic. Barbecue chicken is great. Smoked turkey was dry, smoked sausage should be served as a link, because sliced it is way too dry as well. Sauces are fantastic as well. Mac and cheese was awesome. Corn pudding was described as sweet and salty, but it was just way too sweet. Including big chunks of undissolved sugar throughout. Not good. Potato salad has a weird chemical taste and way too much pepper in it, and I like pepper. Coleslaw also has way too much pepper. Bread pudding was delicious and a very generous portion.

I came in to get dinner Ethan took my order he was very friendly and helpful. I will be back!!

The service at the location at 9880 Bluebonnet Blvd., Suite F, Baton Rouge, LA 70810 is OUTSTANDING! In particular, the Manager, George, is EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL as well as PERSONABLE!! He has consistently provided me with sliced meats to my specific requirements and requests. I can only go through the drive thru because my husband is immunocompromised. And the staff there has also provided me with EXCEPTIONAL customer service both over the phone when I call in an order and then when I arrive at the window for pickup. They ALWAYS go above and beyond; and make me feel EXTREMELY WELCOME!!! They are TRULY the EPITOME of what Customer Service should be; and since I want to give credit where it is due, some of their names are Lorraine, Samantha, Brooklyn, Jacob, Madison, and Seth. And with regards to those sliced meats, they too are consistently smoked to perfection and extremely moist. In fact, this is probably one of the few if not only restaurants that we purchase food from since we moved to Baton Rouge a couple of years ago. I’m originally from NOLA and I can honestly say that the food here in Baton Rouge leaves a great deal to be desired in comparison to NOLA; and that’s actually an understatement. But I’m sure that anyone that’s tasted just about any food in NOLA and then here in Baton Rouge, would say the same. Sorry, NOT sorry.

Melissa greeted us with great customer service, great energy, very knowledgeable of the menu, and very friendly. As much as I come, I’ve never left feeling so good. She deserves a raise.
