Sent e mail to find out when newry cafe is going to open after the floods in newry but got no reply

Love their coffee.

Does not exist here. There is no restaurant. It's a construction site. The building has a big sign that says "Synge & Byrne" and their hours are posted on the door to tell you it's open. But there is no restaurant in this building. It's a construction site. It's unclear if it's still being built, or being remodeled.

The place was almost empty when we arrived, still a very long wait, for a disappointing breakfast. They closed the kitchen before the last person at our table ordered and refused service. Avacado not ripe, poached egg was rock solid, no waffles for the kids, kids eggs and toast may as well have been just toast. Coffee was good though, anything other than a coffee and cake I’d find somewhere else.

no vegan dishes....

Went for breakfast with my son after work. Both had ciabattas, very tasty.
