How can you screw up 3 quarter chicken dinner meals and chicken strip meal? It's printed out on paper but some how this store always does. 2 time in a month they done it. Don't do take out here waste of time

This Swiss Chalet facility has always delivered good food at a great price and with exceptional friendly service. Especially manjinder the manager there is a nice lady. Always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend everyone to enjoy their service and delicious food.

Was craving Swiss Chalet food, drove there to get some at 9:10pm on Friday. Online said it's open until 10pm, "OPEN" sign was on up front, and the "take out" area was lit (like it's open). BUT when I ordered food at the drive thru, the girl said "umm wait a min" and then told me Swiss Chalet closed at 9pm. Not a good feeling at all. To owner: fix the hours online and I'll remove the bad rating.

I like their chicken but made the mistake of ordering their fish and chips. They served fish sticks. Not interested in reaching out to Swiss Chalet through your website. Try a personal touch next time. We will never return.
