Swiss Chalet

Went there today, and was served by Helena. I'm not sure where you found her, but she is an all-star. She was the ONLY server working a busy lunch hour and knocked it out of the park. Give that lady a raise - she was positive, speedy, and gave great customer service.

Food was late by 1 hour. I called, they said it was for pick-up. I pre-paid for delivery and tipped for delivery. The customer service said they would make a fresh order as this one was sitting there for over an hour. Got the new order and it was cold. They put a new time stamp on the receipt with the same old cold food in the bag. Phoned customer service, said they would refund my purchase, minus the HST and tip.

Melanie is a great server because she is attentive pleasant and timely.
