Swiss Chalet

Fiorella worked with us to accomodate our group of 50. She was communicative and adapted to our needs. This Swiss Chalet was a pleasure to work with and we recommend them!

I went with my wife for lunch today and we had a great time with exceptional service and great food. Our waitress Linda was very professional and very friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and give us an exceptional service.

Ordered Swiss Chalet through Uber the only thing edible out of the whole $80.00 was a hot chicken sandwich and the mashed potatoes.I did contact the restaurant and they said they could not do anything about it as it was a 3rd party Uber that delivered it and Uber did not honour this either!

I found a clump of hair and something else in my delivery order. I wish I could share the picture. It is so disgusting. 1 day later and I am still feeling sick to my stomach. I will give the management team recognition on their quick response. The on duty manager was a little defensive and did not take responsibility. The area manager did take responsibility and will investigate. It will be a long time before I will be able to eat Swiss Chalet again

We had Trudy as a waitress who has been with the company for over 40 years! She said the customers bring her joy and this was obvious with her exchanges with us. Highly recommend her and this location.

The inside is really nice since they completed renovations. My grandmother and I went for dinner. The quarter chicken meal she had was luke warm, and a very small portion. I got the stir fry, which is my favorite... the vegetables were the stalks of broccoli and cauliflower. The rice was hard, I sent it back and was advised by the waitress "Can I offer you something else? If you reorder this again.. it will come out the same way. I had tbe same for lunch" so I was unable to enjoy my meal with my grandmother and the food was terrible. Service was good/okay
