Great service! Fast and friendly always! Shout out to Ellison she was great, the best service i’ve had in a long time.

Ella waited on me at Swenson’s in Hilliard and she was amazing especially as a trainee! Very fast service and extra friendly. Our food came out very quick even though it was busy at the time!

Tristan was great; very fast and friendly. Definitely would visit again.

Our waiter was GREAT! He set the stage for what we thought was going to be a great experience. But we're we disappointed. The hamburger taste was drowned out by their "special" sauce. I asked for ketchup and onion. Got TWO special sauces, and onion on the sandwich. Three packs of ketchup on the side. Onion was not sweet. It was terrible. Took it off. Tried to scrape the "special" sauce off. NOT a good experience. Fries left an after taste. Our Server was great! Food was TERRIBLE. FIRST visit. We will not be back. In West Virginia they have COOKOUT BURGERS. If CookOut ever comes to Columbus, Swenson's will go out of business. BTW...it was 12:45 on a weekday. There were five of us in the parking lot. Should have been an indication of what was to come.

Was at the Swensons in Hilliard OH recently and the food is always wonderful but I’m here to talk about the service. Our server Evan Lee was probably one of the kindest, most genuine, and incredibly positive servers I have ever encountered. Was quick, efficient, offered great food suggestions, and I’ll say again was just so kind. There was a problem with the internet while we were trying to pay and he was so apologetic and determined to get us out of there with as little inconvenience as possible. Seriously the best.
