So many bad reviews, so I feel compelled to add a positive one. This location has been wonderful. The food is great. The cost is reasonable. The employees are friendly and as quick as possible.
I decided to give this place a try. This is my first and last time ordering from them. I ordered online for pick up 2 kale Caesar salads. When I got home, I see that it’s hardly any salad in the bowl. I paid $22 for 2 salads(including the $4 off coupon). Even if the two salads were combined, it’s not worth it.
Charity was absolutely amazing! From start to finish her bubbly personality and sweet disposition made my experience amazing. My salmon bowl was also so delicious and nutritious. 10/10 recommend!
Found a big bug in my salad today I'm so glad I didn't eat it I'm done
Did a mobile order, on the app it said complete. As I go in to find my order, the girl in the front looked at me knowing I was looking for it as she was STILL making it, left it to the side then went on to make 2 other customer’s food when they just walked in. Ended up waiting for 15 more minutes. If the food is not complete, don't say that it is. Waste of time. The girl also had an attitude.
Actually, I like the salads they have here since they are usually interesting and very tasty although pricey. I will no longer be going back to Sweet Greens since the DES do not provide water cups and water to drink. They force you to purchase a $3.50 bottled water if you want something to drink. They have a water faucet located right there for use to provide free water and I've used it in the past. For some reason now they claim that it doesn't work and they are going to be getting rid of it. So obvious they are trying to make a few extra bucks by selling water in a can. It's ironic to me that a company like Sweet Greens that wants to be thought of as environmentally conscious and they refuse to provide water from a faucet and require customers to buy a can of water just so I can throw the can into the trash. I honestly am so upset. I will never go back to a Sweet Greens as long as they have the ridiculous policy to take advantage of customers who do not want to purchase water in a can or a plastic bottle.
Charity was very rude. I walked in by opening the door and she claimed that I was supposed to know it was closed by what she said but the door was open she has to be working at the dollar tree. Whole time. I was leaving and she said I was supposed to know they’re closed. I won’t ever eat there and glad I didn’t because she had very bad body odor as if she hasn’t bathed in months. Definitely avoid this place at all costs.
The food was good and the lady who took my order was really nice .
