One of the worst places to go in cardiff. Rude staff… The lady at the cashier said us they are closed and after we left she was serving few lads who walked in. I asked how come that she said it’s closed for me and that she is serving other customers. She was complaining to me with an attitude saying that I didn’t ask for takeaway. I would never recommend this place to anyone until the lady at the cashier is changed. I too run a restaurant, I would never keep a staff like that to face the customer no matter how long she has worked, this place is going to run out of business and customers soon.

-We had to wait over 40 mins for the order to arrive - The place was not clean - After waiting 40 mins the crepe arrived cold Not worth it, there are many other better dessert places on city road Edit: I meant my order to eat in, I and my friend dined in at your place. The attitude you are displaying in your reply already says a lot about you. There’s a reason why your place is always empty

If i could give 0 stars i would. Rude staff, long waiting time, shop was not clean, dessert was horrible. Don’t waste your money here, there’s better desert places on the same road

Ordered a mango smoothie for mrs and asked for a small plastic cup to keep my baby happy. Really could have saved a unnecessary argument you have a shop full of cups and said we don't have cups was also willing to pay extra. Little things make a world of difference
