Graduated from Penn State in 2003 with a degree in Food Science and Ice Cream working behind the scenes of the Penn State Creamery. Since 2003 Brent still makes all of the Ice Cream, yogurt, sorbets, and vegan ice creams on the Premise with his own recipes and ingredients. In 2005 long before the food truck fad he bought an old snap-on truck and turned it into the Willowship. He started catering weddings making a custom flavor for the Bride & Groom. It was such a huge success. Then he expanded by doing corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries and much more.
