We love Sweet Ts so much. They have helped us celebrate many occasions with custom orders. We love the donuts and cookies, too. Grateful to have this business in our community!

My son actual birthday on Jan 30. On Jan 26 I pinged them on IG and didn’t get any answer. The same I say I sent them email about my son upcoming birthday and possibly moving birthday to weekend. I understand that might be short notice but at least they could let me know that they won’t be able to make it or make on time. They left me hanging out for all this days and the closed on Monday Jan 29. So there is no options for me to get cake for my son and in a mean time I could find anything else since I was waiting they answer any minute. This is not good customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place for birthday cakes.

Very nice service with a smile

Sweet T's is a charming bakery that offers a variety of fabulous treats, but they are definitely expensive compared to other bakeries. We recently ordered a birthday cake and several cookies to be used as favors. While both were fresh and delicious, I specifically asked for the cake color to be pale pink, and the result was a bright hot pink color. I looked back at the notes that the store associate wrote on the order form, and she indicated "pale"--so perhaps there is a language barrier? If you place a special order for an event, I would highly suggest providing a picture of what it is you want because it seems that they use colors that they like and don't necessarily honor your request. Other than that, we like this bakery and would recommend it to family and friends.

Sweet T's did an excellent job with my cake request. The vanilla cake was moist and the chocolate filling was delicious. The only complaint would be that the older woman taking my order was not very friendly and was not good at explaining the different cake customization options. I am not very familiar with baking terms and would have liked to talk with someone who knew how the explain things better. Luckily I provided a picture and the cake came out just like I wanted. I'd say it's not too pricy depending on what kind of decorations you're looking for.

I ordered nearly $200 worth of cake and cupcakes. The cake was extremely dry and the frosting on the cupcakes tasted like freezer burn. It was a waste of money, and I will never order from there again!
