Ordered products from their online website. When worried about the order I contacted the email adress given and was able to get through to someone right away. The lady was so helpful and was quick to reply which was great. Overall happy with my products and the service received.

Ordered a few waffles and some dutch pancakes for delivery late at night, all arrived timely, warm, and delicious. I think it was the shop itself who delivered and they had lovely customer service despite us ordering so close to closing time :-) Thanks again, and would recommend!

I placed an order at 9:00am on Monday and paid extra for same day delivery within the city centre. I got a call at 9:30pm on Tuesday telling me my delivery was there. This is shocking. Won’t be ordering from here ever again
