The story of Sweet Sicily has its roots in Palermo, where Saverio D'Anna's father opened the Albatros bakery, one of the most famous places in the city where to taste typical Sicilian "Rosticceria" and desserts. Saverio followed his father's path, took over the management of the bakery, and then decided to fly overseas with his family to pursue a new adventure. After successfully running his Bakery in Gilroy with his wife Daniela and his son Antonio for four years, he joined a new partnership with Cinzia, his sister-in-law and her husband Salvo opening a second shop together, Sweet Sicily Restaurant. Located in downtown Sunnyvale, Sweet Sicily Restaurant offers a wide choice of traditional Italian dishes.
