The ice cream and service is always top notch.
This place has gone downhill so fast it makes me sad. When they 1st opened years ago we went all the time for dessert and team celebrations. Ice Cream is good, kids who worked there were friendly and the place was adorable. Plus there always seemed to be a manager onsite. Ice Cream is still good but that's about all that is the same. The place looks beat (paint peeling on floors, glass on cases is cloudy/dirty and the chairs and tables have seen better days). There never seems to be an adult onsite so sometimes you still get great service and others there is some young kid on their phone pretending you aren't standing there. I was in the other night and one of their ice cream freezers was just broke. I am sure they were waiting for service but it had the lid half on and just looked like a junkyard. So sad what this has become!
Stopped in for my lunch break with a friend and we were very impressed with our order (açaí bowls). The prices were reasonable and the quality was great. We will be returning.
When you pull up to sweet Nels for an ice cream craving and the door is locked and it’s not 9:30… guy looked at us and looked away. How rude! We got there at 9:05 on a Monday night.
Seemed like a nice place. I only had a coffee on can't say much about the desserts. However, It was open around 10pm while other places were not, so that's a great thing! Also had a lot of customers at that time, so must sell good ice-creams and desserts.
Stopped by for dessert. Not able to try anything prior. Got the pistachio gelato...big mistake. Not edible. I should have known when the worker was struggling to scrap it up. Also the place is huge; nothing to write home about.
Always wanted to go here and it was the perfect place for a sweet treat on a Friday night! We will definitely be back to try the gelato or crepes
