the girl with the red braids and glasses was so helpful and patient and got my order exactly right the ice cream was delicious i loved every second of the experience 10/10

Let me start off by saying ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I'll never give this establishment my hard earned money or better yet my TIME. TODAY I wasted money and a tip, plus my time, which i value more than 5 dollars. I went there today with my family my two kids. We all got ice-cream except my 9 year old, She ordered herself and ordered a lemonade. I corrected her when I heard her say large and said no she'll have a medium. Because she doesn't need a large. Then she went about ordering, I didn't hear what flavors she got or anything else. We get our ice cream and were sitting down on the bench, they hand out her lemonade and my husband walks over with it confused.. I look at it and its a cup of liquid. Absolute liquid. Zero slush. I say what is that and I walk back over to the counter, and I say I can't take this we need something else, this isn't lemonade this is juice.. the girl says..but I told you that.. and i say u told me what? You didn't tell me anything. She said I told you the machine wasn't working and its not going to be frozen. My daughter says, no she said it wasn't going to be completely frozen. This was an interaction I did not hear when she ordered. So I told her, you told my daughter that and she's 9 years old she obviously didn't understand that it was going to be COMPLETELY liquid.. why would someone order liquid? WHY WOULD U EVEN serve liquid, if the machine isn't working then it shouldn't be used. The girl at the counter kept saying over n over but I told you...but I told you, not wanting to do anything about it.. the customers next to me see the juice and they say omg is that frozen lemonade and I said yeah.. and the customer says there not taking it back??!! I'll complain for you. I said no there not. So im not gna make a scene with my children there because ill start cussing and its not worth doing tht in front of my children and to a child no less who obviously has no experience in customer service and not enough sense to not serve a cup of liquid from a machine that isn't working.. so I left the cup of liquid there and we left. Everyone got something except my 9 year old. Who does that to a child??!! Well never come here again and we've been here plenty of times. Ill make sure to let EVERYOME I know to never come here again. Shame on you guys. I wish I took a picture but my phone was dead and didn't feel like bringing a cup of liquid to my car. Should I have fully listened to my daughters order, apparently yes I should have but who would of thought ordering lemonade could go so wrong, if it had been some slush and liquId okay. But a full cup of liquid come on now. Its okay though I went to Palagis right after and got my daughter real lemonade with real customer service. Thank you palagis for your friendly service and actual frozen lemonade. I had a talk with my daughter about anytime someone says a machine isn't working to not order that product because it won't be good and they don't have enough sense to not serve it. And please do contact me or respond so I can let you know again about your poor service.

The sauces here are better than a lot of other places. ♡ The portions are generous. It's all around a better value for what you get. (Strawberry shortcake sundae pictured. About $15 for 3 items.)

Best soft serve around! Flavor is great, if I wasn't trying to watch what I eat I would have gotten another serving!
