Came for Sunday Lunch today and it was lovely. Oliver provided us with great service and nothing was too much trouble.

My food was dreadful, service was OK. I had the Camembert, no pickle accompaniment as stated on the menu, but lots of bread and half the cheese was somehow melted onto the paper! Sherry triffle with coffee was literally a square piece of dry sponge in an egg cup with cream on top with a piece of strawberry. Won't be eating here again.

Served by Charlie ,she seated us quickly, took our order, it was brought to us within 15 minutes. She was very friendly, but professional. Food was lovely, will definitely be visiting again.

This is usually my favourite pub but today has changed my mind. The steak was so chewy, the fries were only just warm. The normally gorgeous gravy was actually awful. So disappointed. Parking: Plenty of spaces to park
