Founded by Chef Steve Brown, Swagyu aims to make Wagyu Beef accessible to everyone. We are one of the very few certified in the US to buy and sell True Japanese A5 Hyogo Kobe Beef. Our Swagyu Burgers are made from a blend of American, Australian, and Japanese A5 Wagyu. We utilize the best ingredients possible and local produce when available. We use Newschool American Cheese and all our buns are delivered fresh from Sadie Rose Baking Co.
